Hallam Industrial Park
The Hallam Industrial Park was developed in the early 80’s through to the mid 90’s and covered industrial land sales from 2,000 square metres through to several hectares. The development is a perfect example how lots suitable to small businesses can interact with large multi-national corporations' warehouses and factories. Parklea has taken the lessons learned from the Hallam Industrial Park to further enhance the creation of the new SouthEast Business Park located in Pakenham.
