Parklea is a substantial, privately owned Australian property development company founded by Andrew Facey in 1974. Since then it has successfully completed a number of industrial, commercial and residential projects in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and is now the largest broad acre land holder within the Cardinia Shire in Melbourne’s East with over 1200 hectares (3,000 acres) of future residential and commercial developments in construction, planning or rezoning.
